The Okanagan Thompson Legal Clinic's purpose is to provide community member’s access to justice to the Okanagan Thompson area by providing free quality legal services and education to the community with a trauma informed approach. The Okanagan Thompson Legal Clinic is committed to a client-centered approach for removing barriers to justice for gender diverse individuals, indigenous communities, women and other marginalized communities.

Legal Representation
OTLC provides client-centered, trauma informed legal advice and representation to clients in the Okanagan and Thompson area. We have two offices one located in one Kelowna and one Kamloops. The family law advocates provide assistance to clients in identifying legal issues related to guardianship and parenting time, child support, spousal support, separation agreements, property and debt and child protection information and guidance. Poverty Law Advocate
The poverty law advocates provide assistance to clients with matters pertaining to accessing income assistance, provincial disability benefits, federal income security programs, employment insurance benefits, debt, and residential tenancy issues.
